  • If you are going to install Notes at home or on another computer you must take the copy of your ID file with you.
  • Your MySBfiles folder is the perfect place to store it.
  • Always keep a copy of your ID file in a secure place as backup.
  • After you have been notified by the Computer Accounts office that your account has been set up, go to the same website to download your ID file to your desktop, MySBfiles folder, CD or flash drive.
  • If you do not have a Lotus Notes account you can request one by logging onto.
  • Without these rights the installation will not complete.
